Alicante Golf is located on the Costa Blanca, 5 minutes from Alicante center north of Playa de San Juan and is a real championship golf course, designed by Seve Ballestero and this spectacular pair of 72 with a singular layout of 6 pairs 3, 6 pairs 4 and six pairs 5, means you never play two consecutive holes with the same pair in the same round.
The golf course has wide holes planted with thousands of trees and where environmental conservation and savings in water consumption have been a priority. The golf course is like a green oasis in the residential area. There are 5 large lakes that affect and challenge more than half of all the holes, as well as the ruins of a Roman villa from the first century on the 14th hole.
Another of the most appreciated aspects of the club is its practice area, with a driving range of natural grass and a very complete training area.
The golf course was officially opened on January 23, 1998 by Severiano Ballesteros, and in the presence of the then president of the Spanish golf club Emma Villacieros. The current record was set to 62 by the Great Pepín Rivero 2003.
An attractive challenge for golfers of all levels.
